For the beginner to advanced athlete with a focus on movement, core strength, speed, and explosiveness, this class is built to enhance and improve fast-twitch performance, as well as change in direction and acceleration in any sport

Speed / Agility / Weights

In addition to speed and agility, adding the weights component will help impact the athlete’s core balance while developing strength in the upper and lower extremities

Skills Position Training

Beginner to advanced training focused on each individual skill set and movement for that specific position…i.e., QB, WR, RB, LB, OL, DL…for athletes looking to maximize their skill potential on the field
