Georgia Sports Performance Track and Field Program consists of Hurdle Techniques, Speed and agility, Strength and conditioning and Biometrics.
We offer a comprehensive platform that will address all components of track and field, such as agility, strength, power, acceleration, deceleration, coordination and balance.
To successfully clear a hurdle, we focus on hip mobility, the muscles, to actually clear the hurdle before during and after, and focus on building muscles memory.
We focus on activating that vastus muscle by doing ladder drills, bungee work, and resister bands
We will focus on strength and conditioning, by targeting each extremity of the body including the upper body, lower body and core.
We will focus on building explosion and power.
