Austin Jackson is the Director of Baseball who works with Georgia Sports Performance to help improve the youth’s baseball strength, conditioning, position training, confidence, leadership and accountability through the game of baseball.
He believes that through hard word and dedication, anything can be achieved. No matter the talent level, anyone has the ability to do anything with enough preparation. That while we enjoy playing the great game of baseball, many valuable life lessons can also be taught. The aim is to mold a great future generation of leaders while playing the game of baseball.
Austin began his career at IMG Academy in high school and attended Mendocino College and finished his collegiate career at Oglethorpe University. While at Mendocino College Austin was named an All-American as well as First Team All-State. During his time at Oglethorpe he managed to collect two Oglethorpe University records as well as being named All-Conference and All-Team Southeast. Austin was also apart of the junior USA team as well as the Geneva Redwings amateur baseball association.
Austin is a certified personal strength and conditioning coach. As well as a member of the ABCA coach’s association.
Austin Jackson holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Oglethorpe University.
